Daily Crack for teams
Running security awareness at work? Daily Crack is free to use with your team.
Why it works
One minute a day, one real password from breach data, and the real number of times it was chosen. Players work out the habits attackers rely on — a capital letter first, digits at the end, an @ for an a — without a lecture. Then the result screen shows the whole family of variants, and the point lands: changing one character doesn't move a password out of the list. And if a password is in a dump, nobody needs to crack it.
Nothing to set up, nothing collected
No accounts, no sign-up, no cookies, no third-party trackers. Progress stays on each player's device. The game sends a handful of anonymous counts and nothing that identifies a person — the full privacy page takes five minutes to read.
How teams use it
- Share the link in your team chat or internal newsletter.
- Play the day's password together at the start of a training session.
- Use the family of variants on the result screen to open the conversation about password managers and multi-factor authentication.
